2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Proprietary Technology: The name "Faunus Greens," the "F.R.O.G." system, and all associated software, sensor logic, and hardware designs are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • Content Ownership: All text, graphics, "Cyber Lime" visual branding, and technical schematics on this website are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

3. Managed Technical Deployment
The F.R.O.G. 1.0 system is a Managed Infrastructure Service.

  • The Company is not liable for any malfunctions or data inaccuracies resulting from unauthorized handling of devices by the client or third parties.

4. Technical Feasibility Intake
By submitting data through our Technical Feasibility Intake Form, you warrant that:

  • The data provided (GPS coordinates, land ownership details) is accurate.

  • You have the legal authority to request an audit for the specified land/site.

  • The "Feasibility Report" generated by the Company is a preliminary assessment and does not guarantee project approval or 100% ecological outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability
While we utilize precision technology to maximize reforestation success, ecological restoration is subject to natural variables.

  • Natural Outcomes: Faunus Greens is not liable for plant loss due to extreme weather, force majeure, or client-side negligence.

  • Digital Reliability: We do not guarantee that the website or the F.R.O.G. data dashboard will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our digital services or data dashboards for users who violate these terms, engage in data scraping, or attempt to infringe upon our intellectual property.
